Lab tests
Many physical drivers of fatigue, fog, low mood and poor sleep show up in the blood. Tests are chosen for you individually, based on your history and what your assessment shows, never as a blanket screen.
Baseline tests
The foundation, where your history points to them.
Functional Blood Chemistry
Blood count, liver and kidney function, iron and ferritin, B12, folate, vitamin D and inflammation, read against optimal ranges.
Thyroid Profile
A full thyroid panel including antibodies. Both an under- and overactive thyroid can affect energy, mood, anxiety and sleep.
Blood Sugar and Metabolic
HbA1c, fasting glucose and insulin, and lipids. Blood sugar swings are a common, fixable cause of afternoon crashes and fog.
Advanced tests
Added only where your results point to them.
Stress Hormones
A cortisol rhythm across the day, to see how your stress response is behaving.
Sex Hormones
Oestrogen, progesterone or testosterone, where hormone changes such as perimenopause may be playing a part.
Gut Health
Stool testing where gut symptoms suggest the gut–brain connection is involved.
Testing with a purpose
We only recommend tests that will change your plan. Lab fees are separate and agreed with you before anything is ordered. If a result needs medical attention, we tell you straight away and, with your permission, share it with your GP.
All tests are carried out by accredited laboratories. Results are explained in plain English.
