Three consultations take you from first questions to a clear, personal plan, with progress tracked over time. Meet online or at the clinic in Llandudno.
Most people choose the Brain Health Blueprint
Your Discovery, Full, mid-point and final consultations plus ten weekly sessions: £795 in a small online group, or £1,250 one-to-one. A £95 Discovery Consultation already paid is credited in full when you join.
Discovery Consultation
- Review of your Brain Performance Analysis
- Your story: when it started and what makes it better or worse
- Sleep, mood, stress and lifestyle
- Medical, medication and family history
- Recommended tests agreed with you
Full Consultation
- Validated fatigue, mood, anxiety and sleep questionnaires
- Your test results explained in plain English
- The main drivers identified
- A personal plan for sleep, food, movement and stress
- A written summary you can share with your GP
Follow-Up Consultation
- Progress reviewed against your baseline
- What has improved, and what is still hard
- Your plan adjusted
- Pacing and workplace guidance
- Liaison with your GP and other professionals
Questions about consultations
Should I book individual consultations or the Blueprint?
If you want a clear plan and support to put it into practice, the Brain Health Blueprint is the best value: it includes all the consultations plus ten weekly sessions. If you only want an assessment and advice, individual consultations are available too. Either way, the Discovery Consultation is the first step.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book directly. We work alongside your GP and will share a summary with them if you would like us to, or if anything needs medical attention.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A partner or family member is welcome to join, online or at the clinic, with your agreement.
Where is the clinic, and when is it open?
Oxford House, Oxford Road, Llandudno LL30 1DH, North Wales. Clinic appointments are on Mondays and Thursdays, 11am to 7pm. Online consultations are available anywhere in the UK.
