Who we are
Neurogenics Brain Fatigue Clinic is run by Alan Lee, who is the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact us at alan@neurogenicsclinic.co.uk, on 01492 870889, or at Trinity Villa, 18 Trinity Square, Llandudno LL30 2RH.
What we collect and why
- Contact and booking requests. Your name, email, phone number and message, used to reply to you and arrange appointments. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- Consultations. Online bookings are made through Calendly. Information you share during consultations, including health information, forms part of your clinical record, which is kept securely and confidentially. Lawful basis: your explicit consent and the provision of health care.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the site and the clinic, including Hostinger (website hosting and email), and Calendly (booking). Where testing is agreed, the relevant laboratory receives the information needed to process your sample. With your agreement, we share findings with your GP or prescriber. Some providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and normally no longer than two years. Clinical records are kept for the period required for health records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
